The main reason I wanted to do this series is to help those of you who want to feed your family real meals but you are also extremely busy. When you are ready to pull out your mac and cheese from the freezer you may want to add a little milk to the bowl when warming it up to get it back to the ooey gooey consistency. We usually warm ours up in the microwave but you can do it in a pot on the stove as well.
This is also a great pre-step if you have a big meal coming up that you want to do some early prepping for to save time.
